This training is for project managers who have already taken part in a project management course and who have work experience.
The registration for the offline course is restricted to up to 6 members per group.
The registration for the online course is unrestricted, the groups will form continuous bases.
You learn
MS Project is an extremely complex program that offers many features for mapping reality. The planning, which is mainly dealt with in the basic course, is supplemented by extensive analysis and monitoring of ongoing projects in order to be able to influence the course of the project in a targeted manner. The focus is on the advanced technologies and possibilities of the program. The seminar is carried out using a complex application example that is expanded step by step.
