When entering level B2, successful completion of level B1 or comparable language skills is required.

Goals B2:

Independent use of language 1

The course participant can communicate spontaneously and fluently and can express himself clearly and differently on a wide range of topics, including in discussions. He can write clear, detailed texts on various topics and weigh arguments against each other.

You learn

The exam consists of a written and an oral part. The written exam takes about two hours. You have 20 minutes to prepare for the oral exam. The oral exam can take place on the day of the written exam or on another day.

TELC German B1 · B2 Beruf is a scaled examination. It offers a differentiated evaluation of your language competence in listening, reading, writing and speaking. You will find out exactly in which areas level B1 or B2 was achieved.

• Word order in main and subordinate clauses/sentence structure

• Negation (no, no, no, no one, nowhere ...)

• The noun - gender, plural formation, word formation

• Report the past - perfect, past tense, past perfect

• Connectors and prepositions (because, although, because, despite, consequently ...)

• Subjunctive I / indirect speech

• Participle I and Participle II as an attribute

• Nominalization / verbalization / word formation (e.g .: work - the work)

• Transformation of passive sentences into active and vice versa
